Hey-ho! I'm enjoying life these few days thanks to my MC!
Thought of heading back to the office today cus it's my colleague's last day with the Company, but heard she's on MC as well so decided to fully utilize mine. It's kinda rare for me to fall sick so how can I waste it?
Bye, little flower~ Keep in touch ;)
Had a chat with Tx over MSN which led us to our meet up for dinner later on in the evening with Jeremy and Ws. Was craving for Watami and suggested which all agreed upon but the Raffles City branch was fully reserved, and Lao Par Sat came into the picture but it rained an hour later so we set Bugis as our destination.
Settled at
Kazokutei, AGAIN! But it's alright, they've never been there and it gave us the chance to REALLY pick something else from the menu. This is an Udon (half portion)+Assorted Sushi+Fried Chicken set, $14.90. Verdict? I still prefer my Kimchi Nabe :D!
After competing a few rounds of Mario Cart in the arcade, our stomachs allow space for desserts! The crowd queuing for desserts along Liang Seah Street is no joke and we picked Ah Chew Desserts because they have the real "queue" so people can't just chup in before you, like how 2 aunties did to us when we were waiting for seats at Ji De Chi :(
In clockwise direction starting from the top left: Yam paste $3.00, Green bean soup & seaweed $2.10, Grass jelly with mango $3.20, Yam with sago $3.20.
Nothing fascinating. Kind of a disappointment to all of us. Yam paste is alright but too sweet, Green bean soup & seaweed is bland, Grass jelly with mango isn't a great combination, coconut milk is too much for Yam with sago.
Alright, time for bed! Goodnight, sleepyhead (:
